This method of testing the temperature guage accuracy is only advisable early in the morning, before 'er indoors wakes up and realises where the kettle has gone :lol:<br>Image<br>

I'm guessing you must have an alternator cos my old dynamo would never have boiled a full kettle. ;)

Honestly- I hadn't had time to clean the kettle up by the time you got there, was a bit panicky about 'er indoors finding it oily!!
