Nice part of the country, personally I love the New Forest and head down that way whenever allowed.

New Forest is lovely. The Deers Hut is famous for a group of guys (Young Conservative Club) who set off from the pub in a double decker bus and traveled around the world back in the 1960s and it was called the Hairy Pillock! The guys all played in a bizaar band wearing bowler hats, they played folk music to get the money to pay for their travels. Quite amazing - I'm hoping the bus might be there this Sunday!
