That wheel just needs polished - slot mags (Wolfrace, Cobra, American Racing, Shelby) are made from alloy, and when new they are highly polished. They take a fair bit of work to keep like that, or a lot of work when neglected. They all will respond to wet and dry (and elbow grease) followed by solvol - or alternatively hand then over to a polisher.
Ebay is the best source of slot mags - been plenty for sale, but as usual when you are looking there is none - keep checking.
Sizes vary as you would imagine - my preference would be for 51/2 or 6 x 13 all round, or the same in 14's. A 185/70 x 13 tyre will give the same rolling circumference as original, and a 185/60 x14 similar.
You must however get the proper pcd (4 inch) and you must check that they fit without rubbing on the front suspension uprights (always found slots fitted ok in my experience - but you must check before parting with cash).

I have them on my TR7! And yes - they need regular polishing to keep them smart - that's after I manage to get the horrible opaque varnish that a previous owner has applied - OFF!
Image
