Aren't we lucky

Post by markc »

Just reading thru a couple of posts with regards to paint and waxing etc and i thought how lucky we are to have such brilliant products these days to look after our cars?
At one time all we had was red oxide primers and solid wax polish and not much else! I remember when i worked in a motor factors in 1978 we didn't even have 2 pack paint! everything was celly in those days.People came in and we mixed paint for them in tins,no spray cans!
At least nowadays we have good products to look after our investments...amen to that!

I'd agree with that, and add tools to the list of heaven sent products. So many bodyshop workers suffer really badly with vibration related complaints let alone lung issues, shame that everything costs so damn much in order to protect yourself and others.
