They still have to take SVAs though to be registered in britain. The rules on those are getting harsher by the day.

We'll soon be driving around ina tuppaware fridge box with an electric battery that allows us to only drive within our county boundaries at 20mph! :roll:

Cars don't *have* to get ncap stars to be road legal, they do have to get SVA for kit cars, or type approval for volume produced. It dictates not the body composition but things like light positions etc etc
