Nope....thats the legendary Still Booglin! Still going, was for sale a few months ago.
I initially thought it was the Royal Male van but its a completely different Van.

could it be the orange one now seen recently in falkirk, on a trailer used at knockhill?

Nope, fraid not, its the same colour and spec as its shown here, the bumpers only been removed for transorting it.
