i have just managed to lose a collet holder from the top ofthe vavle spring and in the process split one of the new o'rings :roll:

time to take a break

And here I was imagining this was a thread devoted to the random whines and rattles minors (/classics) seem to develop...

My whine of the day 'd be the new rattle that's unnervingly appeared somewhere inside the dash. It can go with the succession of rattles the DAF's developed. ;)

With bodywork like that - you are worrying about collets and O rings????????????
