Hi

Just had a flick on e bay ,are all condensers the same?

this looks the one

Just to confuse matters, if you put condensor morris you get even more...

mine is 1100 1961... 8)

They are not exactly the same - but the description of this one should fit your dizzy. The connection at the end of the wire is unclear in the picture - at worst you may have to modify that - but I think it will be ok. It's quite expensive BTW! I usually only pay 50p or £1 !! Would be wise to fit new points - and a new 'low voltage wire' while in there - then it's all new!

just a little suggestion i would convert to a elctronic system there super easy to install and make a world of diffrencei couldnt get ours to run hardly at all i put a electronic system in it she purrs like a kitten even with the worn out distrubtor (which we are replacing soon) well worth money just to not ever have have to deal with points again.

Now on our distrubtor i had to modify the pivot pin for the advanceing plate cause it was to tall Just wacked it off with a cut off wheel in about second.

here in the states the most comon system is called petronix i dont what you guys have over the pond.

I suspect you mean 'pertronix'. I prefer to stick with good old points- easily sorted at the side of the road. But I agree - pertronix is one of the better electronic conversions - if you want to go that route.
