Speedo drive as in the cogged bit under the cover with a female square in the end?
I believe the same parts were used in the later MT75 (boxes with cast alloy casing) as used in sierras etc and transits. Easily avaliable at the breakers yards, different ratios (different ratios are different colours - for example my transit van with a 5.14 diff and 225/70/15 tyres uses a yellow one, others will be different colours) are avaliable as all ford speedos have the same "tpm" (1000 i believe)
