You should be able to set that by eye.
Older and more confused than I could ever imagine possible.

I think the measurement is less than I said on second thoughts. In fact I am going to set things parallel and add a couple of turns toe in.

might be worth a look

I made myself a very simple tracking gauge - with Dexion angle. It works very well indeed - gets the same result if I measure several times . Adding 'a couple of turns' is way too much. Important that the track rods on each side end up exactly the same length - usually done by measuring the threaded section showing past the trackrod ends.

The track rods are equal in length the steering column bolt is at the bottom and horizontal, and tracking is just off parallel. (I think!)

Never did like the 2 spoke wheel. 2, 6 & 10 are for the MM. I should have said 4, 8 & 12 for the 1000.
