It may be possible to mill a slot for the tab, I'll expore this If I have another box to pieces, although I thought the minor ones were still about. Even the thrusts in the 3 and 4 syncro mini boxes were not interchangeable.

I looked on a couple of Minor supplier sites for pics of the washers - and there didn't seem to be any in stock!
