The drivers door on a lcv is one eighth of an inch wider than the passengers.

Thats probably within the manufauturers tolerances! It would be worth checking a few, if you haven't already.

'smy pet theory that any panels that weren't a good enough fit for the sakoons were handed over to the LCV line...

it was the b pillar that was fitted to "fit" the doors wasnt it
