Van rear door hinges

i have recently had my back doors off for repair. However when I put them back on. They don't seem to fit very well even on the 2nd try. They sit too low. NB. I didn't have anyone with me to lift the doors while I tightened the bolts. I thought this may have been the problem but also wondered if the hinges were in the wrong place - top/bottom muddled??<br><br>
