pcd adapter

Post by benno »

Hi all
I want to get some hub adapters made to convert the Minor pcd to the old Ford 4 stud pcd of 108. Has anyone done this? Can anyone point me in the right direction in the Dorset area?
Cheers

I'm sure some have done it - but do so at your own risk. If properly engineered it will work, but inevitably it will push the wheels outboard and will cause handling problems (tyre contact patch too far away from the ideal point where line down through KP meets the tarmac!) and will strain the wheel bearings far beyond their design. Far better - and really not expensive - to get alloy wheels that fit the 4" Minor PCD. I believe JLH can supply at fair cost.
