Well done Lewis!!

Post by bmcecosse »

Anyone watching the GP today can only be in complete admiration for Lewis Hamilton's drive - he was in a class of his own and really made the Ferraris look foolish! Well done Lewis!!

I second that wholeheartedly. I was beginning to think he had lost the plot. But he has certainly pulled it all together today. Well done Louis.

I think the ferraris made themselves look foolish! To win a race you need to be able to go around corners.......

Because Bernie Ecclestone says so. Don't suppose he has asked the drivers, who drive the damn track. Possibly he wants more of a cut???

I think its because its owned by the racing drivers, and Ernie being Ernie cannot allow them to match his total control of all things F1. I'm just waiting for him to fix this years results so that Maclaren will not be champions.
Well done Lewis though, know how he felt (well just a little) driving on a flooded track up at Bruntingthorpe today, in the new Zetec traveller and that only had 170bhp. :D

Hmm not something I have experienced from either a flooded track or with a Moggie with that sort of improved BHP 8)
Cheers

Johnathon, I'm extremely concerned. This messageboard (and it goes without saying - your business) could not do without your extensive knowledge and skill. Surely you need some sort of test driver. [flutters eyelids and smiles sweetly]
Older and more confused than I could ever imagine possible.

Sorry guy's, nice try   the car was in the hands of an ex cart racer and test driver, who also seems to be considerably younger than me ( Oi , no jokes either 8) )
I'll let you know next time were testing so you can see if your bravado will be successful

Not too sure of the venue yet, it rather depends on who is organizing the event. We have been approached by a magazine who might well pay for the day, and the likely venue will be Oulton Park.
Our partners with the Zetec conversion, Omex performance electronics might be organizing our own event which could be Oulton, Pembery, or Angelsey but this will be in a good few months time. Ideally we could do with sponsors, ie a magazine ( Minor Monthly, Minor Matters or a National mag) to help pay for the day, otherwise it can become quite expensive.
I'll definitely let you know as soon as possible
