Eyebolt thread size?

Hi all,
what's the external diameter of the eyebolt thread? I'm going to move the bolt outboard slightly and I need to know what size washer to get.

'Spose it's a question I should have asked, before just blasting a couple of 'clearance' holes in some squares of 3mm plate with a stepped cone cutter...

I have some 16mm Stainless washers if any use Jim. but that must be closer to 5/8th
