Glovebox guages

Hi, Where can i get a drivers side glove box facia plate blank for adding gauges or does one use a glovebox lid if there is one for a 1956 splitty.do later lids fit? or do i have to make one up?

Most folk simply make their own fascia from wood or aluminium.
