Question about the National Rally?

This may seem like a really daft question but what time does the Rally start tomorrow?

I just checked the letter they sent with my tickets and it doesn't say.

The only time it mentions is that the hall itself opens at 1PM.

Actually I've just noticed a second leaflet which also doesn't explicitly say when the rally opens to people not camping onsite, but it does mention that the Red Cross will be on site from 09:00.

I think the normal start times for Rally's are 10am but people will start to turn up any time after 8-30am, this is what happens at our Rally's, so if you are a tad early go to the campsite and say hello to the other WEBSITERS
