there looks to be false bidding going on - ebay have made it very hard to spot by hiding the user ID's... but there's a giveaway with one of the bidders. :(

Theres a van locally that looks to be the same colour as this pickup.
Can't imagine why the paperwork isn't with the car - after all, the cost of the resto must have been eye-watering! And reserve at 'under £7000' !!
Ditto!
This would have been a kidney-sale job. If it were me I'd want to keep every bit of paperwork! The only idea I can think of is it was restored before sale rather than restored for a customer.
What would Macgyver do..?

The colour looks like sandy beige to me, but that was only used on S11 cars. According to my trusty restoration manual the only colour available there that i don't recognize is called 'Antalop' could that be it?

I've got a copy of the traveller trim and paint charts here (copied at Gaydon on monday) - Bedouin (beige) is listed from June70 - could that be it?

Andy I think you are right we had a branch member that had a late pick up a few years ago and that was Antelope whereas Bedoiun tends to be a little lighter, but you could also have them supplied in primer to be finished in your own shade so technically any colour could be correct for the vehicle.
Cheers
