Flexi pipe on su

I,ve got my hands on a HS4 but when fitted fuel is pouring out of the bottom of the float bowl where the flexi fuel transfer pipe goes in, there dosnt seem to be any seal or o-ring on the pipe when I undo the connector, am I missing a part? there seems to be a ferrule in the pipe, is that a 'one shot' type coupling? any pointers greatfully received.

These - there should be an olive and a rubber seal - which when tightened does the job. You may need to buy a complete new jet assembly to get the bits. But try Burlen for spares - they are the official SU agents.
