Quick Heritage certificate 'Q'

I have just received my Heritage certificate and under specification, it reads:
RHD Export, De-Luxe.
The question is does this mean my car was supposed to be exported?
On the other hand, is this a standard mark and all cars are marked like this?

My certificate says RHD, Home Market, De -luxe so presumably yours was built to be exported.
