cylinder head gasket change
can some one help i am about to go out and change my head gasket on my 1098cc engine due to it of blown i got the tools i need but all my manuals are in wales still not bought them to london wish i had now , just need to know what psi to torque the head down too and in which order they say to tighten them up , many thanks

B L workshop manual states 40 lb. ft. for cylinder head stud nuts. I think some people use a slightly higher figure (45 or 50?). Check after 100 miles.
25 lb. ft. for the rocker bracket nuts, 4 lb. ft. for the rocker cover nuts and 15 lb. ft. for the manifold to cylinder head.
If you tighten diagonally from the centre front to back that should be o.k.
