Is this a faulty master cylinder.
when driving whenever I make the 1st press of the brake pedal it theres no pressure and goes to the floor. The 2nd press the brakes are fine.
Till I move off then the cycle happens again.
I had a wheel brake cylinder replaced at a garage a while ago. Could this be air in the system?

Same happened with mine - and it was not the MC, it was leaky & seized cylinders + air + very dirty brake fluid.
First wheels & drums off check for another leaky cylinder. Next a thourough bleed before adjusting.
Its not to say it definitely isn't the MC, but fingers crossed it wont be.

Best case scenario - the garage forgot to re-tighten the brakes.
You need to slacken the adjusters to remove the dum(s) and replace things, they may have forgotton to retighten them. I've done it before myself.
1st press pushes the shoes near the drum, 2nd press actually does something.
Check the adjusters first then worry about the rest.
