Traveller body on LCV Chassis

Post by Ratbag »

As per the title - possible? If so, what would be the main gotchas? If not, why not.

Don't ask why! (I may reveal this depending on the replies)

Well anything is possible but wont the chassis require a bit of lengthening which may explain the pickups made from Traveller bodyshells.

The wheelbase is the same, I think, so the chassis wouldn't *need* lengthening. The main gotcha is going to be rebuilding the floor to suit the chassis (it'll need to be flat around the g'box X member) and possibly a fair bit of fettling around the rear arches
