How much EP 90 oil goes in the rack...............anyone know. I am just about to fit and can not find the quantity listed

10 pumps for a service!
That's hardly a 'scientific' amount but was listed in the owners servicing guide.
I played safe and as mine had probably not been lubricated for donkeys years I put in 'much more than 10 pumps worth'

my thoughts too! however evn without signs of a leak I'd expect it to dry up eventually, as the rack isn't fully sealed.Sooner or later it will be full up with oil!

Thanks guys the handbook says EP90 (not 140) but what is 10 pumps as a measurement.
I have the rack off and and I have taken off the nipple adn througha funnel the oil can be poured easier and less mess! but need to know what to put in

No need to get it 100% clean as a LITTLE grease isn't going to do any harm.
Make sure nipple is clear - when i did my rack after new gaiters the nipple was blocked so the oil simply went on the drive
