The Wipers seam to be give up on me.They work a bit with a little nudge but you got to nudge again to go back to resting place.There is power there........maybe a bit of WD40 in the right place ...but where is the right place

Check the wiring at the motor, it might have a bad earth & moving the arms manually might just earth the motor temporarily.
If this is all OK, then it sounds like very bad contacts inside the wiper motor. It will need dismantling & cleaning up inside.
If the motor is getting very hot when turned on, then maybe the wiper rack is partially seized - very unlikely but worth a thought.
