back to say hi

Post by turbominor »

Thought I would come and say hello and see how everyone was :D

Has any one seen or heard of Emily recently. I had heard a rumor she was about with a standard 1275 in, as I had seen the engine I had sold her with on ebay

Im alive and well, got major does of minor-itus coming on!

Nice to hear from you Iain.
Frustrating if Emily and the engine were seperated after all your hard work to get it right.
Cheers

Hi Jonathan,

yeah i have done a few things, but with 320bhp is it almost fast enough

Its an Alpina B3 so has been well sorted. have removed the viscus fan and fitted kenlowe kit..and gained 2-3mpg.

Had engine and gearbox remapped to make economy mode more economical and sport well more sporty

Has iain made back box so silence the roar!

Going to have to address the minor-itus soon! zetec with auto sounds good if it will fit under the rack!

Hi Kevin

was rather shocked to see the turbo'ed lump up for sale, shame as she was one of the best A powered cars with torsionbars i had ever driven

I think I will have to swap it for something more like a s4 dsg or 540 as the my daughters are almost to big to sit in the back now :-?
