The only problem is it's on a Q plate so no free road tax! It looks more like an ice cream van to me anyway

i think i might have met that van, was it at the LCV fiftieth celebratory rally a couple of years ago? if so, it's very nice - but yeah it needs some serious tlc by the look of it :-?

If it's Q plate, you can modify it as you like.

dont rememeber it at the LCV do, but it was at Knebworth National Rally in 97/98 whenever that was. would have to check for the right year. I know 'cos I took a photo of it in the LCV lineup. Looked quite smart then too.
I'm only paying attention as I'm planning building something along those lines for attending weekend dos in. Only at the sketching stage so far, though do have a chassi cab lying around spare... I think the Jim Lambert Minor camper is one of the best looking ones about, though havn't seen that out and about for a few years now. Last time was at Stonleigh in, er 1990.
H'mm seem to be admitting to being a camper spotter now....

I did say ONE of the best! :)
How could a discussion like this not mention the snail! I remember looking round that when the previous owner was selling it at Avoncroft 03 and being sorely tempted. Its great to see it still on the scene, whereas I havent seen the Lambert one about for many years now.
cheers
Iain
