A question from Down Under about Turbo's

I am a long time enthusiest and member of the Brisbane Southside Morris Minor Car Club, here is Brisbane Queensland Australia. But I have only signed up to your group as of tonight.

I have a question that somebody from the group may be able to answer for me.

Will the Metro 1275 turbo equipment fit onto Marina 1300cc engine?
I have my doubts as most of the equipment goes down the side of the engine and could foul the chassis rail.
Also will the engine need any major modification to allow this?
Will the standard Morrie gearbox/diff be up to this task? (I don't think so).

Have you any information or views on this?
I have been offered both of these items and want to make sure I am not buying something that won't work.

All these items have been imported to Australia from the UK as we do not have these model cars here in Australia, so I am a little lost for information.

Any information you or your members can offer would be appreciated.
