Clutch .. won't release ..

Post by JustinMinor1000 »

So .. Bommels clutch is biteing about 1/2 an inch under the floorboards .. I'm guessing that the thrust bearing is worn .. is it even worth adjusting the nut on the fork or should I just get Ray down and get the engine out?

Always worth a go on the adjustment - nothing to lose really!

Yes .. Might have been that the front chassis leg was rotten and part of the relay was broken off a bit of 4mm steel plate and a totally non origional pair of 6mm tapped holes and some stainless bolts ..

Seems fine now ..
