Glove compartment 803

I'm after the original look of the 803 left side glove compartment, inside panel of the hinged lid (shown in pic below).

I would like to know if it had some vinyl covered wood fitted inside (as in 1000's) or just sprayed metal

Any pic greatly appreciated!!

Vinyl covered wood??? Just sprayed metal.
