door mirrors
this probably has a very obviouse answer but does anyone know how to fit the round wing/door mirrors. I've drilled the section infront of the quarter window but can't see how to replace it without taking the top window frame appart. Any suggestions??????

There is a crosshead screw at the bottom rear. remove this and the triangular section pulls off forwards. fit the mirror using as narrow a nut as you can find and cut off the remaining thread. that way you reduce the amount by which the triangular section is prised apart to replace it.
Older and more confused than I could ever imagine possible.
