Can anyone confirm the wiring for the modern Lucas square type flasher units
please? I have had to buy this new type and the wiring is different to the old
cylindrical types. The new one has three terminals marked '+' , '-' and 'L'
I wired it as battery via ignition switch to '+', chassis to '-' and the 'L' feeds
the indicator switch. Worked fine for about two miles then packed up! I may
just have been unlucky but can anyone see anything wrong with that circuitry?
