:-? Different registration plates !!!!!!!!

Post by blueangelical »

:-? Could my pick-up/caravanette started out with a different number plate? I have a photo which I found in my van when I purchased it of a aqua pick-up with the registration plate " YOA 684J " and just in front on the road was the backend of my caravan. We think that the picture shows the pick-up just before it had the caravan mounted on the back. My registration is "TOX 79H" though. Reading this months mmoc mag, there's an article in their about some moggies having been re-registered and having different plates from what they started out with.. Could this have happened to mine, anybody know how to find out.......

No problem :D

If you bookmark this DVLA site then click enquiry, enter the TOX registration number then select Morris it'll give you a number to call if you believe the information is incorrect. Give them a call and get them to sort it out! Funny how the old reg. no. is still listed as the right vehicle though!

 kerchingggg!! - found it., it was under "Austin", not austin morris, I entered in the reg tox 79h and it came up.., thank goodness for that., the Date of First Registration is09 02 1970., and the other plate YOA 684J was first registered in 1971., so they can't be the same vehicle then., can they?
