i see that a new coal mine has been given permission to open in Whitehaven,Cumbria. it will produce 'coking' coal..will this be suitable for the Steam boys? of course,friends of the earth are up in arms :o and no doubt Swampy will hot-footing his way up there as soon as he has put a stop to the HS2 ...

depends how many vehicles you are trying to restore/keep going,and how many garages/sheds full of old wrecks/classic vehicles you have! i've got 3 cars and 3 motorcycles and presently fitting a sidecar onto my 1958 Matchless..spanners everywhere

yes,my daughters' Renault Megane Mot is due on august 4th.we were expecting the 6 month extension,but have now booked it in for it's test later this month.however,i got the extra 6 months with my everyday elderly Xsara..which has extended it 's life by a few months!

as i've been furloughed.i'm doing a few jobs i'd begrudge doing in my own time such as creosoting my shed and new car port,and planting a few seeds in pots. more interestingly,i've been working on my 1957 AJS combo,which should be ready for shopping trip's in a few weeks
