The Hardi pump for the Minor is 1112-5 not 13312. The difference is the end plate and connections.

The hole is where there is an annulus ( a machined step) and oil under pressure flows through this and fills the annulus for the full 360 degrees. The oil pipe fits over this annulus area and oil flow into the pipe is completely unhindered.

The black speedo I have does not have any fuel gauge terminal markings. Is this because it's a bi metal type and can be connected either way?

Here's the wiring for the Lucas Column Switch 31883 from ESM. It's green, brown, black, green/white, green/red and green/yellow. Green/yellow is difficult to see the yellow stripe.

As I understand there were two 1000 steering columns the early manual return signal and the later self return mechanisms. Are the wheel splines the same?
