Chrome Cleaner
After many years of colour coded bumpers, I now need to buy chrome cleaner for the MM bumpers. I remember Solvol Autosol as being "the one" to use in my earlier motoring days; is this still the best product, or has something new or better arrived on the market to get THAT shine?

Re: After nine years time for me to go.
I'll tell you something, leafie. When I was running my previous everyday car and the last three all the same make, ( which I will not name as it wouldn't be fair to their club), I got little help in my sixteen years as a member. I have only been in the MMOC since July 2013 and I have had more help, ...

Re: Nylon Coat Hooks
Thanks MarkyB. I'll try the John Craddock site, see if they can send me a picture. The ones I had were more like a simple hook in opal coloured nylon. They worked fine but both my wife and now me carelessly sat on the trailing belt getting in the car and snapped them off! Not being the inertia type ...

Nylon Coat Hooks
Does anyone know where I can get the nylon coat hooks for the "B" pillar on my 1967 four door? They push into the squared hole and are ideal for the seatbelt buckle when the car is not in use.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Has anyone seen this bloke on eBay? A late Christmas present, especially as the tax disc will not need to be displayed soon? (In Britain anyway) Copy and paste into the eBay search box.

Quarter Light.
Hi, I bought a very presentable 1967 Trafalgar Blue Saloon this year with much work done and bits to do to finish. One problem the seller pointed out, (a really honest guy) was the quarter light levers which had sheared off. Is there a way to re-fit them or would I have to obtain a complete second h...

Re: Boot lid.
Thanks to all who have replied to my posting. But back to my original question, do I get my steel boot lid repaired or is a glass fibre panel adequate as a replacement? Will it paint up ok? Will it look as good as a steel lid?
