How do I remove the Link from the rear shock absorber please, Have undone the nut with the thread on but how do I get It free, Did try a gentle tap with hammer but nothing .

Yes the welding training will help loads. I taught myself and had a friend show me but that was on box section. H & S side I wouldn't worry to much when you come to do it as you might find your limited on it. Thats mainly for in the workplace tho will give you good tips. You can get cheapish go...

Wire brush, treat any rust with a rust converter I use phosphoric acid then prime, I use mole valley red oxide atleast 2 coats then a couple of coats of chassis black. No mole valley outlets round my way :-? Might make a start next week as working the weekend Are the springs easy to take apart and ...

Yes - you can do that - if you can get the springs released at the front mounts - and dampers/brake pipe/brake cables. Then wheel it out with springs attached. Probably the easiest way - IF the front mounts release without too much trouble. May need angle grinding on the bolts..... Just ordered som...
