On a serious note though, don't you have any Mini specialists in your area?
I seem to recall one in the Blacpool or Preston area, they would know what they were doing as they are used to loads of welding on the Mini.

Tescos are always selling there all in ones cheap, I usually buy one as its cheaper than the cost of ink. When it runs out i put it on freecycle and buy another one.

You can't really tell from the pictures but the outers slope inwards slightly which gives it that bit more strength so there is no wobble at all.

Most people I know that fitted them to Minis went back to old type dizzys in the end as there was no real advantage with leccy ones.

I used to use it on the Minis but I've modified it a bit to fit, its made from a couple of old builders trestles and a coulpe of small scaffold poles.

He's now on his frame

Makes it a lot easier to work on the front rests on the chassis and the rear is bolted where the rear springhanger fits. <br> http://mmoc.org.uk/mbimage.php?src=1248033185_9967 <br><br> http://mmoc.org.uk/mbimage.php?src=1248033260_9967 <br><br> http://mmoc.org.uk/mbimage.php?src=1248033355_9967 <br...

Power steering

Its probably been asked before but has anyone fitted or looked into fitting power steering on a Mog.

The reason being my wife wants a Moggy for herself but has problems with her arms so really needs power steering.

Thanks for any feedback

Woodwork companies

Hi all I've narrowed it down to 3 companies for the wood quite a variation in price

Woodies is the most expensive then traveller timbers in Hull and lastly ALT Timber fabrications in Wales, does anyone have a preference as to quality and fit.
