Thanks BMCEcosse. Yes we have to have steel wheels but tend to run 13" ones from Weller now rather than old Midget ones. It's a 4.55 diff by the way, oops, not 5.55! I used to change diffs all the time but rarely do now. Sometimes we could use a little more top speed so would liked to try a 4.2...

If it's still needed, I'd recommend Larkhall MOT centre, 6 Beaufort Mews in Larkhall which is walkable to/from the city. 01225 442135. A proper old style garage who know old cars. If anything needs fixing, Fred's next door can usually do it.
