Speakers shouldnt be a problem UNLESS the wires were able to short out. Byt the shound of it the 15 amp fuse isnt inline with the input pwer but on an aditional circuit as a standard cd/radio 4 x 25w should only draw between 2 to 3 amps (mine draws 1.5 but only using 2 speakers) i would double check...

someone stupidly removed the marks id made on the torsion bars while i was cleaning them!. Stainlss bolts ect
As im repalcing most of the fixings i thought stainless nuts and bolts might prove usefull. I was wondering if anyone does a kit of nuts bolts and washers so that i dont have to work out sizes. (or if any of u guys know which threads to get i can get a large mixed bag!

welcome to the board. i would have thought that trying to rechassie a travler would be very difficult as there isnt a seperat chassie. Im Just about to do the last of the welding today (for a few years anyway) and was wondering what you guys recomend to paint/sparay on the underside ect to give the best protection.
