It is just stick on wood effect sheet that I bought on Ebay and it was around £6 for a roll. I tried to use a heat gun to get it to stick better on the bends but the angles are going all over the place .

WOW that must of took some working out and it looks great. I bought a spare metal speedo surround today of Ebay so will start with that and see how I get on, thanks for your replies so far they are very usefull. Really enjoying this car, very relaxing when you have a stressfull job driving home

Just had the same problem and I found when you look at the adjusters were the snail cam sit in the U shape you will see it has become elongated by a few MM. If you can see were the original position is it makes quite a difference. I spaced my pistons out with a few washers and sorted it out that way...

Hi there thanks for the replys so far but i think I have worked out what is worn. As you look at the adjuster the groove the pivot sits in is elongated over the years so the adjuster has dropped down closer to the cylinder so you get less adjustment.
