Yes those look like the wheelarch flange repair panels
Take your time and tack weld the strips in place..then regularly trial fit the wing etc before fully welding and it will all be ok..

Re: replacing traveller sills
Yes just bend it to fit the inner sill or buy a second step sill panel then cut it down and weld it in. The original pressed reinforcements are not available but there are reasonable replacements available which are curved ....though I had to import mine from Nordsk Morris minors prior to Brexit. Th...

Re: 12G202 Head. Beyond salvage?
Here's a bit of trivia. When I took the studs out I noticed that the nuts are marked with 5 rings. Anyone recognise this? Is it manufacturer's mark? It looks like the Auto Union mark but those rings interlock and I doubt they made Imperial parts. IMG_9354.jpeg Normally it signifies UNF thread...a p...

Is that on a traveller?
Are you using the original nut inserts and 1/4"BSF bolts and washers to fit the wing or modern self tap rubber cup screws?
Have you fitted the extruded plastic trim first?

Not that you should have to... but those clips could easily be shortened to fit by drilling a new hole and cutting a little off the end...

Thanks for the pics
It is the part I thought you meant...I plan to make one or two as spares for my wiper either in Acetal or Delrin over the winter...should be relatively simple to machine up on the lathe...If I end up with any spares I will let you know..

The sealing pad is the same as that listed by ESM
Yes just dribble some light oil and wiggle the shaft.
(If you are able to I would strip the whole lot down, clean inspect and grease it including the brake pedal bushes.)

Its previously had a patch repair there which should be cut off first...you will find such a repair at that location called 'Bump stop repair' and small repair sections used to be avail...
