help, not directly related to a morris but i need help!

i got metal dust caps on my tyres, and now they got hot and stuck!
any ideas on how to remove them, i need to check tyre pressures

i want to but a nice pair of classic cobra buckets seats for my minor
but i need to know about subframes and what i can get, someone must know!
also steering wheels! i found some ones i like from mini shops where can i get a boss from

i want to put minilite style wheels on my moggy pick up
what is the widest i can go on front, and on the back
on the front i have marina disks, apart fom that it is standard
so whats the best i can do
