Re: FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT

Hi All,
Just bought and fitted on my 1000 convertible a new set of 14" X 5.5 alloy wheels,( Minilite style), fitted with 175 X 60 HR tyres.
Question; Does anyone know the settings for alignment or do they have to just be level front to rear and square to road ?

Thanks, sounds right. Registered 12/05/64. Indicators are the front side lights and rear stop. I think the original number plate has been retained by the previous owner, the plate now is suffix "B".

The rest of the ID reads 1030987.
Does this give any further info?

ID markings

Hi,
Where can I find the ID listings for my MM1000 so that I can check authenticity and original registration number?
The plate starts MAS5D*******
Cheers.

Wheel Colours

Hi,
I have just recently bought my 1964 Minor 1000. It is in \"Rose Taupe\" but the wheels and grille have been hand painted \" butter cream\".
Can you please tell me what the original colour would have been ?
Peadar.
