Wondering if anybody can help please i need to know how to move the torsion bars on my minor traveller

No i'm not a member, but was just wondering if parts are any cheaper from the Minor matters? i am in need of wood for my traveller and being new to all this i'm not sure the best place to start buying. Any help would be much appreciated. cheers
