I'm an Essex Moggy ( or rather my car is :D ) she is my only car and I drive her up the 127 to work every night and home every morning when working at the hospital. I too have seen the odd moggy out and about, I see one (or used to) along the 127 a snowberry? white convertible and have seen the occa...

No 1 Ford Sierra which I brought off of a friend so that I could get in and drive with out worrying about the paint work, used to have great fun when the starter motor would not work and after tweeking all the wires under the bonnet and having to resort to large...

what did your moggy get for Christmas
Mine got some very nice 1950's retro material for the internal panels which I am replacing by making washable ones. I am in the process of sorting out some form of musical system to enhance my journeys and hide the squeaks!!!

what got you into moggies
My poor old Mini (proper) was doing what they do best (rust) and I thought about doing her up and spending money to get her back to the manner in which she was accustomed to being. By chance we were on holiday in Devon and popped over the border into Somerset to the Tim Lang morris minor emporium ( ...

I would inclose the back wheel totally like the forties American jobies, and have an external visor. But I have to admit I would not change it one bit.....except maybe put more wood on the out side...................... :D although round our way there are so many speed bumps you probably would not h...

ooooh! I love the wood, I threatened my husband last November when I got my Traveller that I wanted to have it more like the American Woodies of the Forties and Fifties and that I thought a wood veneer on the alliminium panels would look great, he just raised his eyes heavenwards and told me that I ...

I personally do not watch the programme, I used to but got so fed up with them incouraging drivers to drive as if they own a ferrari and are on a clear road (or own the road) I always say big ego little.... but that is purely a girlie idea I suppose, I just think they should concentrate on ma...

New vehicle may be reliable and do everything for you..like park so you do not have to look where you are going, or a little sensor to tell you that you have strayed over the white line....unless you are overtaking then you are indeed in trouble if you need a sensor to tell you that!! even heated wi...

getting a foot bath when testing the wipers was the hint I got as to why only one of the screen washers was actually washing  still at least I got a chance to get intimate with my moggy early on, though the liner did not look too clever when it had dried out, but I have my eye on some material ...
