can any one tell me how to remove the N/S door lock lever?
i'm getting ready to paint the other half's 68 2 door & i cant for the life of me see how to remove the locking lever from the lock body itself.
the drivers side came out no prob because it doesnt have the lever.

the other half is considering(read, me paying) a lead free head for her 1098. Gs Jones have them on the website at a reasnoble £150( well, its reasnoble when you're used to paying out Volvo prices
)
any one used one of these-whats the quality like, any problems at all?

sierra 4x4
just dipping my toe in , so to speak.
anyone know if its feasable to put sierra 4x4 running gear ito a minor?
fabricatings not an issue-got a friendly engineering type who could narrow axles & fab brackets etc
i know its a big job, but probably easier than using my decrepit MR2 running gear.

OK, got the minor home & boy does it look rough! brush paint & bodge seem to be holding most of the wings together & while i was underneath sorting the gear change/clutch adjustment i could see daylight through the o/s front floor pan! the brakes worked-ish driving it on & off the tr...
