Great, a thread size, I am that much closer, but I cannot seem to find a good conversion chart from BSF to the size I am looking for.
3/8 x20 is what I am looking for.....what does 7/16 BSF translate to?
thanks so much for your help
cheers

agreed
Agreed, the only thing is that this car has been dormant for over 30 years, and lord knows what was in that filter! yep, says for 803, so I am hoping
Seems like the original type filters are getting harder to find. Also, seems like a good upgrade to a more modern filter type, easier to obtain a modern filter than it is an NOS one.

Thanks
yep, tried Bull Motif, and they cannot supply me with a thread size. They have a conversion kit, but cannot tell me what the thread size is. SO, I bought a screw in GUD filter for the Morris 803 today, they are mailing me that. This way, I can see if the filter works on my car, and if it works, then...
