Chicken John - There is no patches / rusty parts underneath, only a couple of very small surface bubbles on the paintwork. I think the PC price guide might be out of date looking at ones that have sold previously (1602s not more popular 2002) average ones have been over 2k and minters 4-5k - the PC ...
